SpotDraft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
SpotDraft CLM offers a comprehensive platform to create, manage, and execute contracts efficiently. Its features empower legal teams and businesses to streamline contract workflows, improve collaboration, and gain valuable insights.
*Document Storage on SpotDraft
Create, upload and store documents as per your document storage slab. Each distinct contract created or uploaded to SpotDraft is considered to be a single document. Versions and supporting documents associated with a contract do not count towards the document storage limit.
Document storage-based pricing model provides unlimited user access. The storage fee for these documents is charged on a recurring basis to the customer depending on the minimum commitment towards the total storage volume of documents signed up for as mentioned in the executed sales order or contract. Any additional document storage beyond the minimum committed volume would follow additional recurring charges to the customers.
Customer will consume their document storage if they create contracts using any, or all of the following actions/modules on the platform:
-
-
Historical Contracts (Uploaded by SpotDraft team or by the customer)
-
Express Contracts
-
Contracts Uploaded for Signing via SpotDraft
-
Contracts Uploaded post-execution by an external tool (such as DocuSign)
-
Contracts Created Using Templates
-
Contracts Created using Third Party Paper workflows
-
Contracts Created using an Integration with SpotDraft (such as Salesforce)
-
Contracts Created using an Intake Form or an Intake integration (like Jira/Zip/Google Form)
-
Deleted contracts (which have not been permanently deleted from the workspace)
-
Note:
-
Test contracts created by SpotDraft users for implementation or UAT purposes will not be counted towards document storage.
-
Permanently deleted contracts will not count towards document storage
-
Contracts “created” irrespective of the stage they are in will count towards document storage
-
Duplicate contracts created will still be counted towards document storage until permanently deleted
-
Clickthrough contracts are NOT counted as part of document storage. Customers must purchase Clickthrough contracts separately.
